Callcenter Ho-hum: #1
May 30, 2008 Short On IdeasI am a technical support representative of one of the world’s many callcenters and I cover the ass of one of the biggest computer manufacturer. The only information that I am allowed to divulge is this: name of the computer company is composed of four letters and two of it is used twice.
Because some things do not stay long and being part of the callcenter workforce is not forever. I will write about it. And I will call it the Callcenter Ho-hum. And these will all be about bitching.
On with the first: I received a call from one SEO specialist in the big worldwide web. They are elite. They practice SEO. And they are about marketing. Google the keywords without spaces in between for more information. The issue is virus infection. So, we reinstalled the operating. What bothered me is that this guy keeps on asking me what I was doing - I remotely accessed his computer to install drivers. Questions even on the add new hardware wizard? Come on! It’s ok if he was 70+ years old but clearly he isn’t! Know-it-all guys wouldn’t make my night shift better.
So, yeah, I just wanna get away with the first Callcenter ho-hum. I’ll write a better story next time.

so you’re working for DELL.. hahahaha I’m sorry… There is always an ease to divulge stuff when you are also part of it. hehehe yeah, im also from CBG!!! =) Now that’s a little hideous!hehe Hey, u’re from dumsville and you are working for dell??? Naa nay Dell account and teletech duma? or are you working here in cebu, like me? hehehehe
