This is what former Philippine president Joseph E. Estrada has to say when asked if he’s running for the 2010 Philippine Presidential Elections.

According to ARTICLE VII Section 4 of The 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines the President shall not be eligible for any re-election but continues no person who has succeeded as President and has served as such for more than four years shall be qualified for election to the same office at any time.
No joke. No kidding. Didn’t he signed a resignation letter?
I see more Erap jokes a comin’ in 2010’s Philippine Presidential Elections but I wanna see the administration do something about it. Deadline is approaching, who will you be voting?

From all Bicolanos, we can say that Erap Estrada has no right to run for president this coming 2010 elections again. He is a cheater Man, womanizer, its a shamefull if he run again. nobody will vote for him because he is a killer and drug Lord as well. If i where you Mr. Erap Estrada, kill your self by using the small knife so that you can feel of what you’ve done to your kababayan., (Include your son too “Jinggoy”)
