Fridge: The search for ice point zero one
March 1, 2009 2 comments Short On IdeasMy romance have always been requesting/harassing me to buy a “cooling cabinet” so we could store food, beverages and stuff so we could save – the word. I never saw the point of saving in buying that device until she left the nest for training somewhere miles and millions of it away.
It would take me around 2 days to realize that I am to wash the wares I used on my last corned-beef-plus-egg or sardines-plus-two-eggs meal and I’d eat out for most of the times.
I saw the intent after about a week of doing that. I spent everything on food.
So, as a favor to her vision, I promised myself to buy that life saving, and money, refrigerator.
And the hunt began.
In my mind, and my mom have major influence on this, I am to get a General Electric. The brand that’s more famous as GE. Both Robinsons and Ayala did not have the brand so I decided to check SM which is always my last choice for a mall because of its location. I found the brand that I grew up to in there. Cool!
But.
I fell in love with Kelvinator.
The search is over but Nirvana is not yet reached. We’ve got ourselves a problem, love! The road going to the nest is under repair and their delivery van wont fit on a motorcycle lane.
We’ll have to wait until the local government finish concreting a little over a 100-meter 2-way road. Let’s mark this day.
