Comments Short On Ideas

Yesterday, I had the urge to watch some good old action movies, talking about Bourne Ultimatum and Body of Lies, but I can’t seem to finish either one. I also recently got myself an interesting book from Arthur C. Clarke, Rendezvous with Rama, that I also can’t get my head to focus on. My wife’s as beautiful as ever, missing my son more, I did my laundry and I love eating humba still so I think I’m on track. But I’m just really not judging by how I feel at the end of the day.

I’m dedicated to finish a project to promote the city that hosted six of the most important years of my life. I just can’t says anymore about that though until it’s actually ready for the world.

Aside from that project, that, again, I can’t really divulge at the moment, and meeting my lovely family on my days off, nothing much interests me anymore. Not even the cold cold Red Horse or the Marlboro gold puffs.

Something’s definitely wrong and I’m on a quest to kill this unknown evil. Oooh, could this be that midlife crisis thing? I don’t know.

The Ping Lacson saga

Panfilo “Ping” Lacson was a policeman and a Philippine Senator and presently tagged by the Philippine government and Interpol as a fugitive. Ping’s location is currently unknown after he left the country on January 5, 2010 shortly before the case against him was filed in the court charging him for the murder of Bubby Dacer and his driver. Erap and Fidel Ramos were two of the high profile clients of Dacer being a publicist. Ping showed loyalty during Erap‘s presidency. I wont dwell much on what went wrong because that’s irrelevant to what I want to achieve.

Anne Rice, finally gets the hang of it, outside Christianity, I mean. Saying that, “It’s simply impossible for me to ‘belong’ to this quarrelsome, hostile, disputatious, and deservedly infamous group. For ten years, I’ve tried. I’ve failed. I’m an outsider. My conscience will allow nothing else.”

Some publicity, enlightenment or whatever else some people really might need some hint here. All organized religion offer something good but in the end it’s all about defending the faith and many are lost along the way. Lost cause is worst than having nothing at all. Say what?
