Working on a new layout?

I am going on the process of reworking the current layout of the site and that would only mean some tweaking on the original CSS that I manually coded months ago and planning on giving a bit grunge-ish touch to it. I’m seeing a lot of gray hues for this attempt but that could change as the hammering continues.
I’ve recently upgraded the platform, so I am using Wordpress 2.6.1, and I didn’t have any problem at all - not even on a single plugin which is great. The rework should probably be done in a week as I’m busily switching time for work, sleep and the whatnots.
Decided to get active in Plurk after signing up a month ago. Notice my plurk widget on the right and don’t forget to add me up as friend! I’ve been really hooked playing Can Car Racing at work. Try it by clicking here or the image above!

The Eraserheads reunion concert will be done and over with tonight. The supposedly FREE concert is pushing through tonight for PHP800 and PHP1300. Marlboro was forced to pullout in their bid to produce the gig by the anti-smoking advocates(Dr. Maricar Limpin and her cronies at the Department of Health). Luckily, somebody’s doing the saving so every eHead may party tonight and I to settle with the DVD release later on.
When the hottest rumor in the local music scene taking place tonight, what’s next?

I woke up early this morning. That’s unusual for people working in a callcenter. The reason for that is my absence from work last night. Our unpredictable shifting schedules lately, which I blame on the untimely forecast of the people responsible, has caught up with my health and my drive for work. That is not what this post is all about though. This is about the nearing United States Presidential elections.
I caught up with the live cast from one of the amplitude modulation radio station here in Cebu. Mr. Gore was on. The choice of media is not because I prefer radio over television but because I don’t have a tube and my computer’s AVR(automatic voltage regulator) decided to not work. Radio is the only medium available.

I see nothing significant to the date but for the sake of those who wants to see more than just the numbers I would like to share my take for the big 8.
However businessmen strategize this date to sell I’m not buying. I would expect a lot of church weddings when commuting today and I would see to it to check everytime I pass by one. I’m not equating church to business but however I try to manipulate the formula they often equate and in my little computation churches will be making a lot of dough today which would probably be second to resorts or hotels where the party should be headed next. After 8 months of trying to be part of the working force I’m finally getting the BREAK! I’m off from work for two days and two days more. I get to spend four days away from the torturing Avaya phones telling me to do my job and its equally head aching partner the headset.
It figures that I’m working at a callcenter so I may not have to tell you that. This isn’t my dream job at all but the idea of having no take home work is inviting as a first job. There are numerous reasons that I could give why working in this business is beneficial but I don’t wanna think about those because they are the last thoughts that I’d dip my mind into. continue reading…

Will ampalaya supplements be airing in early morning shows at all if Diabetis was controlled by a single pill intake?

Ovenfresh Metal Releases

I’ve been shuffling through this two wonderfully crafted metal for a week now. Both albums hasn’t bored me to slit my wrist yet. That should be a good sign. Last year was a good enough year for metal and I had so much hope for this year with releases that had metalheads shout for fucking joy!
The two albums that I’ve been intently listening to is Conquer from Soulfly and Ultra Beatdown by Dragonforce. Soulfly’s new album is an improvement to their previous release while Dragonforce’s new one is kind of the opposite. Dragonforce slowed down a beat which is not at all bad because the licks on this album are still as great as their former masterpieces. Surprisingly, Soulfly’s Conquer had me put the band back to my favorite metal list. I’ve been a follower of the band since 1998 and I’ve always stayed as a fan but not a very showing fan until this album came out. It took ten years. That long. This two great metal releases will pave the way to many other metal releases this year. They are the cup of tea that makes you pick up the cookie crumble of the other morning’s wake up fix.
