This is in continuation of The Great Break of 2008. This is when I finally had the chance to be reunited with my family. It also was the death anniversary of my grandfather, Carlos Dael, so it was a good timing to be in one roof again.
Since we are a simple bunch, having sinugba, bulalo and other handful of home-made cooking is more than enough. I prepared the sinugba myself. Did the marinating and the grilling and the cutting and the presentation. Well, not that (Continued…)
