That’s a set of Coleman camp pads donated by Japan for the typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng victims that never reached the victims. Somebody is trying to hold up the relief goods!

UPDATE: Very much like the patched zombie, the Heartless was hit by a life-giving spark from the sky on Oct 23 2009. DSWD’s Sec. Cabral now wants volunteers to repack the relief goods, posted through Gang Badoy’s Multiply account.

If you are considering working as a nurse or a caregiver in Japan, it should be a good time to check the qualifications set before investing money and time applying.
