Locked out in Oh Eight!

Punch up, down, down, left, right, left, right!

Hours, between seven to nine pee mmm, before the new year I got myself locked out of my room. Felt lucky for a moment founding out about it because the caretaker(Manang Jovie) was around preparing food for the new year then quarter of a second later felt otherwise.

She didn’t have the spare key!

T’was with the owner(Madam Sabina) who happen to live a thousand miles away. I may me exaggerating but basing on manang’s hopeless expression it’s that distant. :(

  • Signed up as tech support for The Company fixing Computers.
  • Marked my 2 years being in a relationship.
  • Financed the Carlos and Basilisa Dael clan’s mini-reunion. :p

Government issues pay rules for long holiday

Be guided on your holiday pay, man!

The government today reiterated the pay rules for the regular holidays on December 25 (Christmas Day), December 30, 2008 (Rizal Day) and January 1, 2009 (New Year’s Day), as well as the special non-working days on December 26, December 29, and December 31, 2008 (Last Day of the Year).

Labor and Employment Secretary Marianito D. Roque said that based on Proclamation No. 1463 issued by President Arroyo on February 18 this year, she declared December 26 (Friday) and 29, 2008 (Monday) additional special (non-working) days throughout the country, “in order to enable our countrymen to have a more meaningful observance of Christmas and New Year, to strengthen their ties with one another.” (Continued…)

We could always go back and pick up the bones of what has been. Bring the established passed to the present. Yes, the past moulded us into whatever we are today but delving too much on that browned leaf always ready to dismiss its branch is feeblemindedness.
